Polaroid
As in see in my layout the pictures are in Polaroid's. This tutorial will show you how to do that in psp.
First you need to get your image.. I'm going to use this one. 
Now open psp and paste your image in there. Make a new image with a white background i made mine size 250X275.
Crop out the part of the first image you want to be in the
polarod. Copy and then paste as new layout on the white image.
Move it into you have it to where you want.
